Our seminars are designed to combine effectiveness, wellbeing and team spirit. We select venues suited to your format: hotel conference rooms, coworking spaces, private estates with sea views or open-air terraces. Each space is equipped to your needs: projector, screen, sound system, flip chart, wifi connection and a flexible layout in U-shape, theatre style or clusters.

Beyond the working sessions, we pace your days with suitable catering packages (generous coffee breaks, buffet or seated lunch, afternoon refreshments) and bespoke team building activities to bring your teams together: beach olympics, treasure hunts, creative or culinary workshops and outdoor challenges. For residential seminars over several days, we also coordinate accommodation, transfers and evening activities, so that your delegates leave motivated and united.

Conferences & conventions

Large-scale professional events

Industry conferences, annual conventions, professional forums, awards ceremonies or product launches: we organise corporate events from 50 to several hundred delegates. We take charge of the room design, registration management, speaker hospitality, the running order for the day and the technical coordination, so that every talk takes place in the best possible conditions.

Our services include setting up the space (stage, lectern, screens, lighting and sound), signage in your company colours, delegate badges, welcome kits and on-site catering between sessions. For hybrid conferences, we also integrate video capture and live streaming so that your remote delegates can follow the event in real time, from Mauritius or abroad.
