Event Catering
We work with well-established local caterers to offer packages suited to every type of event. Buffets, standing dinner receptions, seated meals or next-day brunch, every menu is designed around your tastes, your guests and the format of your reception.
Our packages include Mauritian cuisine, along with international, vegetarian and allergy-friendly options. We handle the coordination with the caterer, the service and the flow of the meal so that you have nothing to worry about.
Whether it is a wedding for 200 people or a seminar for 30 colleagues, we adjust quantities, service style and logistics to the venue and the number of guests.
Decoration & Set Design
Decoration sets the tone of your event. We design bespoke atmospheres by working with colours, materials, lighting and floral arrangements to create a setting that reflects who you are, indoors or outdoors.
Our team takes care of the venue survey, the decoration plan and the full installation on the day. Floral arches, table centrepieces, signage, string lights, everything is coordinated for a consistent and polished result.
We work with a network of Mauritian florists, craftspeople and suppliers to guarantee quality pieces that are available locally and suited to the island climate.
On-the-Day Coordination
On the day of the event, our team is on site to coordinate every stage of the schedule. Welcoming suppliers, keeping to the timings, handling the unexpected: we take over so that you can enjoy your day to the full.
Beforehand, we draw up a detailed countdown schedule with the timings of every task, the contact details of all suppliers and a plan B for weather or logistical issues. On the day, a dedicated coordinator is the link between everyone involved.
This service is ideal for clients who have organised their event themselves but want a professional presence on the day to make sure everything runs as planned, without the stress.
Furniture & Equipment Hire
We provide all the equipment your event needs: tables, chairs, linen, crockery, glassware, tents, marquees, lighting, sound systems and decorative furniture. Every piece is chosen to fit the style of your reception.
Delivery, installation and collection of the equipment are included in our services. We travel across the whole island and adapt to the constraints of the venue, whether it is a beach, a private garden or a reception hall.
You can combine equipment hire with our other services or book it on its own. We draw up a detailed quote based on your needs and the number of guests.
