Mauritius is a multicultural island and each community celebrates marriage in its own way. We organise Hindu weddings with mandap, haldi and mehendi. Tamil weddings with the thali and mangalsutra rituals. Muslim weddings with nikah and walima. Christian weddings in church followed by a reception. Each tradition has its own conventions, its own colours and its own order of events, and we know them in detail.

Our team works closely with families to respect every stage of the religious and cultural protocol. We coordinate the various suppliers according to the requirements of each ceremony: priests, pandits, imams, traditional musicians, specialist caterers and decorators familiar with the conventions of each tradition. Nothing is left to chance.

Civil & symbolic weddings

Barefoot ceremonies in the sand or in a tropical garden

For couples who want a freer celebration, we organise civil weddings and symbolic ceremonies in the most beautiful settings on the island. The beaches of Belle Mare, Flic en Flac or Le Morne, the gardens of Pamplemousses, private estates in Chamarel or terraces overlooking the south coast: we help you find the perfect place to exchange your vows.

Symbolic weddings are especially popular with couples travelling from abroad who want to celebrate their union in an idyllic setting, often in a small group. We take charge of the full coordination: officiant, ceremony arch, background music, welcome cocktail, photographer and transfers. Everything is arranged so that all you have to do is enjoy the moment, between sky and sea.
